Garfield Police make a plea to parents to make contact if they have every hired a Mr Froilan Mendez, 51 to drive their children to School.

Mr Mendez was arrested by the police on Tuesday morning for fondling the Girl he was trusted with to take safely to school.  He has been charged with Sexual Assault and Endangering the welfare of a child.

The girl informed the police this was not the first time he has conducted these acts.

So any parents who also may have hired Mr Mendez are actively encouraged to contact Garfield Police department on 973-478-8500.

Personally, I hope when it comes to sentencing, the judge is in a serious bad mood when he gets to this case !
