When you call or visit the Law Offices of Sammarro & Zalarick, P.A., you will most likely come into contact with an associate of our support staff.  From day-to-day details to specific case details, they provide the behind-the-scenes support for your legal needs.

Iwona Drzazga

Iwona has been with our Firm for 6 years. She works primarily in the real estate division, handling real estate transactions from beginning to end.  Iwona also has a background in litigation, personal injury, tenancy and collections matters. She prepares files for depositions and court appearances.  She has proven to be an enthusiastic, caring team player. As a legal secretary, she often acts as a liaison between the client and attorney in preparing necessary legal documents.

 

 

Kim Maisel

Kim has over 20 years experience in the legal field.  She has been with our Firm for 15 years and is involved in all aspects of case management.  Kim has focused her skills in all areas of civil litigation, real estate, probate, and commercial.  She is responsible for all phases of personal injury litigation, including pleadings, service, motions, affidavits, interrogatories. She handles real estate transactions from beginning to end.  She has knowledge of handling tenancy and collections matters. She also prepares contracts, mortgages, estate & trust instruments, appointment arrangements, planning of meetings, conferences, depositions, locally and at remote sites, interact with clients and attorneys.  She is a Notary Public of the State of New Jersey. Her thoroughness and years of experience bring valued support to every case she works on, with a focus on document research, compilation, organization and filing for corporate cases. She appreciates a good challenge and creative problem solving.

 

 

Juliane Presutto

Juliane is a legal secretary with our firm and assists attorneys with court filings and document preparation.  She focuses primarily in the areas of personal injury, worker’s compensation and litigation.  She is responsible for all phases of personal injury litigation, including pleadings, service, motions, affidavits, interrogatories.  She handles also tenancy and collections matters. She is a Notary Public of the State of New Jersey.  She is detail oriented and prides herself on doing whatever it takes to help our lawyers accomplish our clients’ goals.  Juliane has been a loyal and dependable team member of our staff since 1993.

 

 

Phyllis Tavano

Phyllis joined our Firm in 2005 and is a closing specialist in the firm’s real estate relocation department.  She works exclusively on relocation real estate transactions, both buyers and sellers.  She works one on one with the relocation coordinators, closing department, realtors and attorneys involved.  She handles the title ordering, closing document preparations including the two deed transfers, and closing aspects on the transaction.   Phyllis also has a background in finances.  She is a Notary Public of the State of New Jersey.  Phyllis offers our clients exceptional service.  Her dedicated, responsive and efficient attitude has been a real asset in overseeing our corporate relocation clients.  She also loves planning office parties.
